• Forging - Our machines range in size from a 0.5 tonne power hammer up to our 7 tonne counterblow hammer giving us the capability of producing forgings ranging from 100g up to 120kg in weight. We work with carbon, alloy and Duplex stainless steels as well as a forging a number of products in copper. On our 4 upsetters we can forge shafts and pinions with upset diameters of up to 220mm.
